LosjiTech provides a central reservation system (PMS) and operations platform that works seamlessly to manage and sell inventory as corporate housing, vacation rentals, and hotel-style accommodations. We offer a variety of features and tools for property managers, hosts, and guests to manage their properties, reservations, payments, and communication.

User Accounts and Access

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Fees and Payment

LosjiTech charges fees for the use of its services, which are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice or at the time of booking, as applicable. If payment is not received or is declined, LosjiTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services.

Intellectual Property The LosjiTech platform, software, technology, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and belong solely to LosjiTech. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our services or content without our prior written consent.

User Content and Conduct You are solely responsible for any content you upload, publish, or transmit through our services. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. LosjiTech reserves the right to remove any content or terminate your account for any reason, without notice or liability.

Limitation of Liability LosjiTech is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our services or content, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the use of our services.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LosjiTech, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or content, or from your violation of these terms of service.

Termination LosjiTech may terminate this Agreement or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and content.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Attorney’s Fees

If any legal action is necessary to enforce this License, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled.

Changes to this Agreement

LosjiTech reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time, without notice or liability. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes or updates.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LosjiTech and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
